Every athlete’s journey at Transform begins with a free training session. This session allows our coaching staff to assess movement quality, athletic ability, and skill level while giving athletes and families a chance to experience our training environment.
From there, we recommend the most effective next step for long-term development.

Our Transform 6-Week Soccer Training Program is the ideal next step after the free session. This structured program focuses on soccer-specific skills while building technical consistency, confidence, and game-speed execution.
It also allows our coaches to further evaluate each athlete’s needs and determine the best long-term training path.
For athletes committed to consistent improvement, our development memberships provide structured training designed for long-term athletic growth, with options based on training frequency and focus.
Training may include Soccer Skills or Performance (strength/speed/agility). Our Growth & Complete memberships also allow for a combination of both, depending on the athlete’s goals.

We utilize VALD performance technology to assess strength, movement patterns, and asymmetries. This data-driven approach helps guide training decisions, track progress, and support safer athletic development.
Performance testing may be incorporated during onboarding and/or throughout an athlete’s training journey.
